I want to thank the author for giving me the chance to read and review this novella.

I love the way this novella jumps right into the action. We meet Alicia, a woman who seems to be quiet and shy and has feelings for someone that sadly doesn’t return them. Then comes Dex. Dex is a rock star that has bad boy tendencies. But he has secrets of his own. Dex offers Alicia the opportunity to be someone completely different for the night, someone that is the polar opposite of who she really is and Alicia soon finds out that she just can’t say no to Dex Callahan.

I enjoyed this novella. I really wish it was longer, but of course this is a novella so that wasn’t possible. But I will say, after this little taste of Dex and Alicia, I will definitely be looking forward to reading more about them. I also plan to get my hands on more of Melody Grace’s books because if they’re anything like this one, I think I will enjoy them as well.

I have book one of this series on my summer TBR and can’t wait to start it because it seems like a fun story. I read another book by her called With Every Heartbeat which was lovely. She’s also the author of Dangerous Girls under a pen name which blew my mind, I love how versatile a writer she is so I’m sure you’ll enjoy her other stuff :)

I had no idea she was the author of Dangerous Girls! Thanks for letting us know, Danielle. :)
