Lex Easton is the HBIC of a fashion company here in the U.S and she’s worked very hard to make it a success. She’s pretty much put the rest of her life on hold to focus all her attention on her company. Her company’s claim to fame is a unique shapewear that uses a special fabric in its construction. She gets this fabric from Prince Massimo Tittoni’s textile company in Italy. It’s getting very close to Fashion Week, but Lex’s needed shipment of the special fabric has yet to arrive. Cue panic for Lex. She decides to find Prince Massimo, His Majestical Hotness, who is on holiday on a beautiful Italian island, certain that there has just been some type of misunderstanding that delayed the fabric shipment. Adventures ensue!

I liked parts of this book more than others. The plot was pretty interesting despite my lack of knowledge of all things fashion (on the scale of hobo to fashionista, i’m a lot closer to hobo). Lex’s family issues in the past and present added some emotional depth and I enjoyed the cast of secondary characters; they were quite interesting and lively, to say the least. A good bit of the action took place on a beautiful Italian isle, which added some excitement. And I must mention some sexy Italian is used throughout. I must admit I didn’t enjoy some of the terminology used during the sex scenes, but that’s just my personal preference.

So, if fashion, exotic locales, an Italian stud, and some hot love scenes spark your interest, this might just be the book for you!
