I’m not going to lie. I was more than a bit giddy when I learned that Lori was writing a story for Chris. When I realized it was available for pre-order my fingers moved my mouse at lightening speed to order it from Amazon. This little novella was the icing on the cake for the Men Who Walk the Edge of Honor series. We got to see all the characters one more time and they were just as great as I remembered them. Chris, Dare and Trace’s right hand man man for everything, got his happy ending and found his love. Poor guy was feeling a little left out since all the other guys for their ladies – it was time for Chris to find his guy.

I want to thank Lori for going outside of what I think is her normal comfort zone and writing a love story for Chris. My only complaint is that it was too short! I could’ve read a whole entire book with Chris as the hero. Otherwise, this was a great way to close out a series.

Dare, Trace, Jackson, Spencer, and Chris – I bid you a fare adieu, boys – until I find the time to do a reread of the series.
